Clinical bioinformatic training

NGRL’s team of bioinformaticians, health informaticians and computer scientists contribute their expertise to the development of bioinformatic training for a range of audiences, from CPD courses for qualified professionals to postgraduate qualifications in clinical bioinformatics.

Bioinformatic training for professionals

NGRL partners with the Nowgen Centre to deliver professional training in bioinformatics for scientists and clinicians working in clinical genetics. Courses are held in Nowgen’s Bioinformatics Training Suite, a state-of-the-art computing facility specifically for bioinformatic training. Details of upcoming training courses can be found here.

NGRL and Nowgen have also delivered tailored bioinformatics training on site at regional genetics centres for groups of professionals. If you would like to discuss the feasibility of delivering bioinformatic training at your centre, please contact us.
