Use this tool to encrypt your patient identifier before entering data into DMuDB. You can also use the tool to reverse the process and de-crypt identifiers of referrals submitted by your laboratory. Every laboratory with a DMuDB account has its own unique password – if you do not know yours, please contact us at support@dmudb.net.

Use this spreadsheet as a guide for the data to be included in your file for bulk upload of multiple variants. It is not necessary to transfer data into this template, but you may do so if you wish.
You can also use this file as a template if you wish to adapt your own data storage to facilitate easier transfer of data to DMuDB.
