Q: I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
A: Click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link next to the login button on the DMuDB login page and follow the instructions provided. Your new password will be emailed to the email address stored in the system, so if your email address has changed you will need to contact support@dmudb.net to update your details.

Q: How do I put my own data into DMuDB?
A:
A quick guide to submitting your data can be downloaded here. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@dmudb.net.

Q: My email address has changed. What should I do?
A: Contact support@dmudb.net and to let us know. Your username cannot be changed, but we can change the email address stored for you in the system so that communications and new passwords are sent to the correct address.

Q: I have moved to a different lab, can I still use my DMuDB account?
A: No, if you are no longer affiliated with the lab you worked in, you can no longer use your account. If the lab you currently work in has subscribed to DMuDB a new account can be created for you.
